1. Plant Operator
Qualification: ITI (AOCP – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)
Experience: 3–4 years in a chemical/process plant workplace
Shift: Fixed day shift, 12 hours
Key responsibilities: Operate and monitor plant machinery and process equipment, ensure safe start-up/shutdown procedures, maintain process parameters within specified limits, report deviations promptly, adhere to plant safety and SOP guidelines
2. Maintenance Fitter
Qualification: ITI (Fitter)
Experience: 3–4 years in industrial/plant maintenance
Shift: Fixed day shift, 12 hours
Key responsibilities: Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment, fitting and fabrication work, troubleshoot mechanical faults, coordinate with plant operations for timely repairs, maintain maintenance records
