Job SummaryWe are looking for an alert, responsible, and detail-oriented CCTV Monitor to continuously monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suspicious activities, security breaches, safety concerns, and emergencies, and promptly escalating them to the concerned security team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor multiple CCTV camera feeds continuously.
- Keep a close watch on entry/exit points, sensitive areas, parking areas, stores, and other critical locations.
- Identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or safety violations.
- Immediately report incidents to the Security Supervisor/Facility Manager.
- Coordinate with security guards during emergencies or security incidents.
- Review and retrieve recorded CCTV footage whenever required.
- Maintain daily CCTV monitoring logs and incident reports.
- Check whether cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
- Report camera, DVR/NVR, monitor,



or recording-system faults to the concerned team.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.
- Follow all company security policies, SOPs, and escalation procedures.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass; graduation is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring/security operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and monitoring software.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
