We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to counsel Indian nurses and working professionals on overseas career opportunities in Germany and Japan, while promoting our German language training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel and engage candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Promote overseas job opportunities and language training programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
