- Job ResponsibilitiesManage inventory records for warehouse and stores.
- Handle stock inwarding, GRN, transfers and returns.
- Maintain accurate stock in ERP/POS system.
- Coordinate inter-store stock movement.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
- Track stock ageing, shortages and excess inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Stores, Buying, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
- Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and updated in the system.
