Role Description The Interiors Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing interior projects from concept to completion. This position involves coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed within scope, budget, and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include planning project schedules, tracking progress, managing materials and logistics, supervising site work, and ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met. The Interiors Project Manager will handle client updates, resolve on-site issues, expedite critical tasks,



and conduct inspections to maintain design intent and finish quality. The role also includes preparing project documentation, reports, and approvals, while supporting continuous improvement in processes and client experience. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. Ability to manage expediting activities, with hands-on experience as an expeditor and in expediting materials, approvals, and site work. Proficiency in inspection processes, with a focus on quality control, site supervision, and adherence to design and safety standards. Knowledge of logistics management, including material procurement, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking for interior projects. Relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction project management, ideally in residential, commercial, or retail environments. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and work schedules. Solid organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and finish quality. Proficient in basic project and office software; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage. Willingness to work on-site in Chennai with regular site visits and coordination meetings.
