Iterative Feedback Loops – Test with users, run quick experiments, and refine fast—data over ego. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work daily with product, engineering, and founders to ship pixel-perfect features on time. Must-Haves 1 Years skilled UI/UX experience with shipped B2B or SaaS products. Expert in Figma; strong chops in Photoshop,
