The Community Executive is responsible for ideating and executing engaging events, curating member benefits, and fostering a sense of community to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. This entry-level role contributes to the company’s growth by organising high-quality events, collaborating with vendors and partners, and delivering exceptional service to members. The role’s objectives include building a robust event calendar, increasing member engagement, and boosting client retention—directly supporting the company’s revenue goals through a strong community ethos. About the Role & Responsibilities Community Engagement & Event Management Brainstorm, propose, and organize creative events (e.g., networking sessions, wellness workshops, CSR initiatives) to drive member engagement. Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendor partnerships, venue bookings, and promotions. Gather post-event feedback to measure success and improve future initiatives.
Member Engagement & Satisfaction Proactively interact with members to understand their needs and tailor community activities accordingly. Promote exclusive member advantages and well-being programs to enhance loyalty. Address member inquiries or concerns related to community offerings with a service oriented approach. Collaboration & Outreach Identify and onboard vendors, sponsors, and local partners to elevate event quality and value. Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to amplify community initiatives. Administration & Reporting SERVICE REVENUE Maintain records of event attendance, member feedback, and engagement metrics. Assist in tracking community-related KPIs (e.g., satisfaction scores, retention rates) and prepare reports for leadership. Create content that can be shared on the company’s social media channels. Qualifications Graduation is a must to have for this role.
