Job Title : Sr. Architect - Design & Planning Location : Bandra East Experience Required : 5 Years Education : Bachelor of Architecture Industry : Real Estate. Note : Only Mumbai candidate can apply. Job description - · Take the “brief” to identify the project’s needs and put together comparative reports and design proposals · Develop ideas keeping in mind organisation’s needs & building’s usage. · Create, evaluate and alter designs to meet the organisation’s needs & produce detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections. · Coordinate with all consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site. · Compile project samples, specifications and selections. · Make on site visits to check on project status and prepare monthly report on project.



· Follow architectural trends and advancements. · Strong portfolio to prove aesthetic skills · Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards · Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software 2D and 3D (Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit) · Robust imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions · Visual awareness and an eye for detail · Communication and project management skills · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Interested candidates can apply on :
