Build and sustain robust working relationships with the CIO, CISO, CTO, business heads, SPE compliance teams and ETG leadership through a consistent governance cadence. Align stakeholder expectations, pre-empt escalations and ensure infrastructure delivery remains trusted, visible and business-focused. Drive structured IT communication across SPNI, including leadership updates, monthly newsletters and change communication for major technology rollouts. Drive SLA discipline, renewal value, commercial effectiveness and quarterly business reviews with key partners. Develop internal team capability through structured IDPs, certifications, coaching, recognition and focused retention of top talent.
