Candidates from the Packaging, Edge Banding or Ink Mixing industry will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor printing machines. Handle ink mixing and color matching. Achieve daily production targets. Optimize ink usage and reduce wastage/scrap. Maintain daily production reports. Manage printing cylinders. Ensure printing quality and smooth production. Coordinate and support the production team. Requirements 2–5 years of relevant printing/packaging experience. Hands-on experience with Gravure, Flexo or Offset machines . Good knowledge of ink handling and color matching . Manual color matching experience will be an added advantage. Good attitude, teamwork and ability to work in a production workplace.
