Job Title: Graphic Designer (Static Posts & Reels) Experience: Fresher – 2 years Salary: ₹20,000/month Location: Hyderabad | Type: Full time, Remote About the role We're looking for a creative graphic designer who can handle both static design and short-form video. You'll create scroll-stopping static posts for social media and marketing, and design reels end to end — concept, editing and final delivery. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Static Design Design social media posts, carousels, stories and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Create banners, thumbnails, flyers, brochures, standees, packaging and presentation decks Design festive posts, product creatives, offer posts and campaign visuals Maintain brand consistency in colour, typography and layout across all assets Video / Reels Design and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from scratch — concept, storyboard, cutting, transitions, text, sound sync and colour Work with trending audio and formats to keep content relevant Creative & AI Turn briefs into original concepts instead of relying on ready-made templates Create AI model videos — generating AI models/avatars for product and brand content, including AI voiceovers and lip-sync Use AI tools for image generation,



video generation, upscaling and background removal to speed up production Contribute ideas during content planning and brainstorming sessions Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadline Requirements 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance work counts) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro — or Canva, CapCut and Figma equivalents Ability to design a reel independently from idea to export Hands-on knowledge of AI model videos and AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, HeyGen or ElevenLabs Familiarity with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Firefly or similar Good sense of typography, colour, layout and visual storytelling Understanding of platform specs, aspect ratios and what performs on social media Portfolio showing static designs, reels and AI-generated video work (mandatory) Good to have Experience with performance/ad campaign creatives How to apply Fill out the application form here: Attach your portfolio link and sample reels in the form.
