Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join a high-performing technology team supporting enterprise digital and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience working at the intersection of business and technology , with hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform . The role will involve requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution implementation, Agile delivery, testing, stakeholder management, and production support.

Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Assistants/Copilots, and prompt engineering will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications .
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Lists, and Forms .
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
- Support Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions where required.
- Support AI-enabled products and solutions throughout the lifecycle,



from requirements and testing through deployment, adoption, and enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Coordinate with development and technical teams during solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , validate solutions, and track defects.
- Support product roadmap planning, release management, documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot production issues, workflow failures, access requests, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Support Generative AI / LLM / Copilot initiatives, including prompt engineering and AI automation opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, end-user training, and adoption sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience , with at least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst,



Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technology Analyst .
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and solution documentation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Assistants/Copilots, Prompt Engineering, and Responsible AI .
- Strong experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and test cases.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban .
- Experience supporting solution implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power Apps and Power BI .
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or ServiceNow .
- Knowledge of SDLC, Release Management, Change Management, and DevOps processes .
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation or automation initiatives.
