Requirements:
- US Outbound Sales / BPO Calling experience
- Excellent English communication
- Strong objection handling & closing skills
- Experience with CRM & cold calling
- Laptop, high-speed internet & noise-free workspace
- Willingness to work in US Central Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100–120 outbound calls/day
- Sell DOT compliance & training services to US trucking companies
- Handle objections and close sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve weekly sales targets
