Job Summary: We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is empathetic, solution-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. and chat , while working closely with internal teams to find the right solutions.
