Assamé Origin, a premium artisanal kombucha brand brewed in Assam, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive – HORECA & Key Accounts to help expand our presence across premium hospitality and retail.
This is a hands-on, field-based business development role for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening recent accounts and building long-term business relationships.
The role will initially focus on Guwahati and Assam, with opportunities to work across selected markets outside Assam as the brand expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B accounts across:
- 5-star and premium hotels
- Premium cafés and restaurants
- Gourmet stores
- Premium supermarkets and modern retail
- Other relevant HORECA and institutional accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Connect with F&B; Managers, Purchase Managers, General Managers, restaurant owners, founders and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings and sampling sessions.




- Present Assamé's brand story and product proposition confidently and professionally.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate vendor onboarding and listings.
- Follow up consistently from first contact through listing, first purchase order and repeat orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Monitor product availability, visibility and placement at partner outlets.
- Identify opportunities for menu listings, events, collaborations and brand activations.
- Maintain structured records of leads, meetings, account status and sales progress.
- Gather competitor and market intelligence.
- Travel to new markets as the business expands.
