What you'll do Identify and develop current business opportunities across the assigned industrial territory Prospect and engage

automotive OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers and industrial machinery manufacturers Build relationships with Engineering, R&D;, Design, Manufacturing and Tooling teams Understand customer requirements and position appropriate

CAD, CAE and engineering simulation solutions Coordinate with technical/application engineers for software demonstrations, evaluations and benchmarks Manage the sales cycle from





prospecting → technical discussion → quotation → negotiation → closure Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and achieve sales targets

Who we're looking for Must have: ✅ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Tool Design ✅

1-3 years of experience

in business development / technical sales / industrial sales ✅ Exposure to

CAD or CAE / analysis & simulation software is essential ✅ Proven track record in selling

high-ticket software solutions , preferably with individual licence values in the range of

₹4-20 lakh ✅ Existing qualified connections with

automotive OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers and industrial machinery manufacturers ✅ Strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills ✅ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned i
