Requisition Title (Position Name/Designation): React & Node Lead

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience in developing applications using React and Redux
- Hands on Experience in developing APIs using Node JS
- Hands on experience in developing HTML, JS, CSS & NPM
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Should have strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Must have leading experience [ team size 4 to 6 members]
- Must be aware of best practices in React & Node , static code analyzer and code review checklist.
- Must have experience in tracking the project progress and report accurately.
- Exposure in stakeholder management
- Exposure to the proactive measure to keep the project on track

Desired skills:

- Positive knowledge in TypeScript
- Basic Understanding on AWS concepts such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway
- Knowledge on AWS SDK
- Good knowledge of SQL engines like MySQL or NoSQL




- Knowledge on JS Test Framework

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the deliverables of the team
- Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
- Prioritizing the client requests in a timely manner and effectively managing client

expectations.

- Flexible and adaptable to learn other technology, if required for

project support.

- Execute the project in Agile methodology
- Must understand the scope of the project & Own the schedule and quality
- Maintain RAID and CR logs in the project.

1:30PM to 10:30PM
