Job Title - SAP P2P Consultant UK Statutory & Localisation

Experience Required - 7+ Years
Timezone - 4:30 PM 1:30 AM IST
Work Mode: Remote
Duration: 6+ months, with possibility of extension based on project requirements

Profile: Senior SAP P2P Consultant with S/4HANA procurement and global template expertise
Experience: 7+ years in SAP P2P and MM across S/4HANA implementations
Note: Candidate should be familiar with the UK SAP S/4HANA rollout.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
This is a Senior Consultant role owning the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay workstream within a large-scale S/4HANA programme. You will be the functional authority for P2P solution design - from vendor onboarding through PO flows, GR/IR, invoice verification and payment processing - while maintaining alignment with the global template:

Own the end-to-end P2P solution architecture for the UK SAP S/4HANA rollout.
Translate business requirements into a robust, scalable S/4HANA target architecture.
Lead fit-to-standard / fit-to-template assessments against the existing global SAP solution.
Establish clear principles for standardisation vs. localisation.
Challenge unnecessary customisation and ensure deviations are supported by a clear business or statutory requirement.
Ensure the P2P architecture supports the wider S/4HANA business transformation, rather than simply replicating existing functionality.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY REQUIRED

SAP P2P & MM Functional Depth
7+ years of hands-on SAP experience with significant depth in SAP P2P/MM.
Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation experience.
Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect, P2P Solution Architect, or equivalent senior architecture role.
Minimum 2 3 major SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations, preferably including global template rollouts.




Experience in global SAP template adoption and country rollouts.
Experience working across multiple geographies and business units.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Inventory Management.
Strong functional design and documentation skills: solution design documents, functional specifications and process flows.

Experience defining and governing localisation and global-template deviations.
Strong cross-functional integration experience with Finance, Inventory, TM, EAM, Treasury and Reporting.
Experience working with enterprise integration teams and middleware.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Explicit written communication for solution design documentation, exception justification and delivery planning.
