3. PeopleSoft Business Analyst (SCM)

Exp: 8 to 12 Years

CTC: 30 LPA

Location: Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid

Notice period: Immediate 30 Days

Required Experience

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM (Must have Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing)
- Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
- Experience in creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Robust communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
