We are looking for an experienced Digital Engineering / VDC Visualization professional to lead the development of advanced 3D and 4D visualization solutions for complex construction projects. The role combines BIM expertise, construction knowledge, visualization, and digital engineering to support project planning, business development, constructability, safety, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in VDC, BIM, 3D/4D modeling, construction visualization, and site logistics, with the ability to transform complex construction information into clear, accurate, and high-quality visual content.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality 3D and 4D visualization content for construction projects, business development, presentations, and project decision-making.
- Create site logistics, safety, sequencing, constructability, and coordination models using BIM and visualization technologies.
- Develop detailed construction sequence models and 4D simulations by integrating project schedules with 3D models.
- Incorporate construction methodologies, site conditions, safety requirements, and spatial constraints into digital models.
- Develop models covering structural, architectural, MEPFP, and other construction systems as required.
- Produce high-quality renderings, animations, case studies, logistics plans, simulations, and immersive VR/AR/MR content.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Pursuit Marketing, Operations, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure all visualization outputs are accurate, professional, consistent, and aligned with established graphic standards.
- Collect and interpret information from project sites and translate construction requirements into practical digital models.




- Support constructability reviews, spatial coordination, sequencing analysis, and complex construction planning through visualization.
- Provide training, technical guidance, and software support to project teams.
- Build strong working relationships with project teams and proactively identify opportunities to improve digital workflows.
- Stay current with emerging BIM, VDC, visualization, rendering, immersive technology, and digital construction practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 10+ years of experience in VDC, BIM, digital engineering, construction visualization, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, construction sequencing, site safety, logistics, and project delivery.
- Proven experience developing 3D/4D models, site logistics plans, safety models, construction simulations, and visualizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong understanding of parametric 3D modeling.
- Experience integrating construction schedules with 3D models to create 4D simulations.
- Strong capability with tools such as 3ds Max, Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, V-Ray, Corona, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, Fuzor, or Lumion.
- Ability to understand complex construction requirements and translate them into accurate, visually compelling digital content.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary construction models, including architectural, structural, and MEPFP systems.
- Strong understanding of BIM/VDC workflows and digital coordination processes.
- Excellent visual communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage a fast-paced workload, prioritize effectively, and deliver multiple projects within deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Design, VDC/BIM, or a related discipline.
