We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to create engaging video content, animations, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, along with a good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, animation, and digital content creation. This is an onsite role suited for someone who can work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and digital content.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Create supporting visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Develop content for social media, digital campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling video content.
- Apply strong principles of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling.
- Create 2D animations and visual effects that enhance video communication.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.
- Make creative revisions based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines across video and motion assets.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in motion design, video editing, social media content, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Explore new techniques, workflows, and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of creative production.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, or a related creative field.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, 2D animation, video editing, transitions, and visual effects.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, pacing, and design principles.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Robust creative sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate concepts into polished visual content.
- Comfortable handling feedback, iterations, and tight production timelines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with creative and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D, 3D animation, or AI creative tools will be an advantage.
- A strong and updated portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, animation, and creative projects is mandatory.
