nWe are now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Analyst to work directly with the Founder’s Office.
nThis is not a conventional assistant role.
nThis role is for someone who can bring structure to vision, turn ideas into execution, and help build one of India’s most respected animal welfare institutions.

Role nThe Executive Assistant & Analyst will serve as a strategic extension of the Founder—managing priorities, driving projects, analysing data, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution across key initiatives.

nYou will work across philanthropy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, brand, finance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilitiesn
nFounder’s Office Managementn

- Manage Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel,



and strategic prioritiesn
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, notes, and follow-up trackersn
- Prioritise inbound communication and ensure timely actionn
- Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining warmth and professionalismn
- Anticipate needs before they arisen
