- Monitor KPIs, conversions, and team performance.n

n2️⃣ Business Development Team Lead (TL)
n? Salary: As per Company Standards

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.n
- Monitor daily performance, conversions, and revenue.n
- Coach team members and drive consistent sales results.n

n? What We’re Looking For




n✅ 2+ years of EdTech Sales experience – Mandatory
n✅ Robust leadership and team management skills
n✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
n✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n? Experience handling low-ticket-price products is preferred.
