Job Summary:
nThe Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchenn
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores)n
- Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiencyn

n2. Team Leadership & Management

- n
- Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teamsn
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivityn
- Conduct performance reviews and drive team developmentn

n3. Process & Quality Control
n
- n
- Implement and maintain SOPs across operationsn
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)n
- Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actionsn

n4. Cost & Inventory Management

- n




- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expensesn
- Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory controln
- Minimize wastage and improve efficiencyn

n5. Customer Experience

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionn
- Handle escalations and improve service standardsn
- Implement feedback-driven improvementsn

n6. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operationsn
- Coordinate with management for business planning and expansionn
- Drive process improvements and operational strategiesn

nRequirements:

- n
- Proven experience as Operations Manager in F&B; / hospitality industryn
- Strong leadership and team management skillsn
- Experience in handling multi-unit operations / central kitchen preferredn
- Good understanding of P&L;, cost control, and inventory managementn
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced enviro
