- Following with Sales Team for any issues with the orders and unloading issues.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills related to dispatches
- Knowledge on maintaining PE,OET,TAT
- Spreading awareness to Drivers & Transporters on Road Safety issues
- Shift Office Management
- Knowledge on freight finalization for current routes and cost optimization
- MIS & Documentation
- Knowledge on invoice and E way bill preparation
