Job Description – Site Engineer (Electrical)Position: Site Engineer (Electrical)
Location: Bhusawal, Nagpur, Mumbai, Solapur & Pune (with site visits as required)
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor electrical works related to Railway infrastructure projects, including Road Over Bridges (ROB), Railway Bridges, Rail corridors, and associated construction activities.

- Ensure execution of electrical works in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, railway authorities, and project stakeholders for smooth execution of works.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review contractor progress, verify measurements, and maintain project records and reports.
- Monitor adherence to project schedules and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Support project management team in ensuring timely completion of works.
- Visit project sites as and when required based on instructions from the Authority.

Educational Qualification

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements

- Degree Holders:



Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma Holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Relevant ExperienceThe candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Supervisor with a construction agency in any of the following:

- Railway Bridge / Rail Infrastructure / Road Over Bridge (ROB) construction projects; OR
- Metro Rail viaduct / flyover construction projects.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in construction of Road Over Bridges (ROB) over Railway Lines will be highly preferred.
- Experience in electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and coordination with Railway authorities will be an added advantage.

Special Requirement

- One of the Electrical personnel should preferably be a retired Railway employee.

Selection Process

- Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a technical interview before finalization.
