Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management

● Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and

cloud systems

● Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems

● Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and expansions

2. Hardware Management

● Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops,

servers, printers, and networking devices

● Manage hardware inventory, procurement, and lifecycle

● Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements

3. Software Management

● Manage installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and

enterprise applications

● Ensure software licensing compliance

● Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications

4. Troubleshooting & Support

● Lead troubleshooting of complex hardware, software, and network issues





● Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

● Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests

5. Team Management

● Lead and mentor IT support staff

● Assign tasks and monitor performance

● Establish support processes and SLAs

6. Network & Security

● Monitor network performance and ensure secure connectivity

● Implement firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies

● Manage backups and disaster recovery plans

7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

● Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers

● Coordinate with internal departments to understand IT needs

● Ensure cost-effective procurement and service delivery

8. Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and IT policies

● Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements
