Job Description
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 12-15 years of experience in HVAC design engineering within a consulting workplace.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience working in a Global Design Center (GDC) delivering international projects.
- Proven experience in Data Center and/or Healthcare facility design is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Carrier HAP for cooling and heating load calculations (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of IES-VE for energy modeling and building performance analysis
- Strong expertise in: Chilled water plants and distribution systems Airside HVAC systems Critical cooling systems (CRAH/CRAC) Ventilation, pressurization, and smoke management systems Energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions
- Thorough understanding of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IMC, and other international design codes and standards.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, design reports, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Ability to independently lead HVAC design packages and provide technical oversight on complex projects.
- Experience managing design quality, technical reviews, client interactions, and project delivery.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for developing engineering teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects from Concept Design through Detailed Design and Construction Support.

Additional Advantage
