MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Proven track record of leading the finance function in a growth-oriented business.
• Prior exposure to fundraising, investor management, and financial due diligence.
• Strong commercial orientation with hands-on experience in cash flow, working capital, and business performance management.
• Experience operating in a founder-led or entrepreneurial environment with significant stakeholder interaction.

Our client is a profitable, bootstrapped IT lifecycle and technology solutions company operating across multiple business verticals, including hardware, refurbishment, rentals, services, spares, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and cloud solutions. The company serves a diversified B2B customer base and is currently in a scale-up phase, with an ambitious growth plan over the next two years. The business is strengthening its leadership team and financial infrastructure to support its next phase of growth.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and drive financial strategy, annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Lead cash flow management, working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
• Build robust MIS, financial reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.




• Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and transaction-related activities.
• Manage financial due diligence and coordinate with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors.
• Strengthen financial controls, risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making.
• Build and scale the finance function, processes, systems, and team in line with business growth.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Experience: 10–18 years of overall finance experience, including significant experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Relevant industry exposure across technology, IT services, system integration, IT lifecycle, or B2B businesses would be preferred.
• Solid expertise across FP&A;, treasury, taxation, compliance, financial controls, and corporate governance.
