- Digital Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process through seamless API integration.
- Channel Partner Development: Identify and pursue current digital insurance broker partnerships.
- Understanding Digital Partner Requirements: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ascertain partners’ needs and focus on Channel-centric API development.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze partners journeys on competing platforms and implement best practices to enhance user experience.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Integration: Facilitate system integration, oversee UAT, and ensure testing is completed within established timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide comprehensive support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Gap Analysis:




- Address and resolve any partner escalations in a timely manner.
- Identify process gaps and implement permanent digital solutions.
- Innovate and develop new processes and systems aimed at automating and digitizing business operations.

- Reporting and MIS: Generate reports and monitor business metrics to ensure performance visibility.
- Budget & profitability: Achieve the Budgeted target for GWP and MCOR keeping business within profitability matrix.
