nPosition: Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist (Australia Division)

n>> Responsibilities :

- n
- Proficiency in Excel and Cloud Accounting Softwaren
- End-to-end Accounts Payable (Dext upload, coding & processing bills in Xero)n
- Supplier payment batches, statement reconciliation & follow-upsn
- Fortnightly payroll for 30–60 employees (wages, super, leave, PAYG)n
- Daily/weekly bank reconciliations (15+ accounts, high transaction volume)n
- Month-end bookkeeping & ad hoc financial reportingn

- Strong working knowledge of Xero & Dextn
- High attention to detail with ability to manage high transaction volumesn




- Good communication skills for supplier & staff coordinationn

n>> Eligibility Criteria :

- n
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Payroll (Australian process preferred).n
- Freshers CA: Eligible with solid skills in Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable Tasks (any country)n
