nRole Overview
nWe are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Associate Creative Director / Creative Studio Head to lead our design organization based in Noida. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of Art Directors and designers supporting both corporate marketing initiatives and business-driven marketing across industry verticals, horizontal functions, and regional teams.

nAs the on-the-ground creative leader, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence, operational rigor,



and team performance across a high-volume, fast-paced workplace. You will serve as a key partner to senior marketing stakeholders across the organization and as a trusted extension of the global creative leadership team.

nThis role requires a balance of creative vision, hands-on leadership, and operational management—ensuring that all outputs meet the highest quality standards, align with HCLTech’s brand, and effectively support a wide range of initiatives, including brand campaigns, ABM programs, events, and regional marketing efforts.
