Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced

Technical Project Manager with a strong PHP/LAMP background and Business Analysis experience

to manage end-to-end web application and software development projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the

PHP/LAMP technology stack , software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and project management practices. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage

end-to-end PHP/LAMP software development projects

from requirement gathering through deployment and delivery.
Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into

functional specifications, user stories,



technical requirements, and acceptance criteria .
Coordinate with PHP developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other technical teams.
Plan and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including

sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives .
Monitor development progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Identify and proactively manage

project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies .
Review requirements and ensure that development teams have a explicit understanding of project objectives and expected outcomes.
Coordinate

API integrations, third-party integrations, database-related activities, and deployment requirements .
Track project performance and prepare regular

project status reports and management updates .
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper test
