The individual will shape strategy and drive revenue, while fostering personal and deep relationships, with the existing and expanding client-base.

- Sales Ownership - Orchestrate end-to-end sales cycles across India and global markets, from lead gen, pipeline creation to successful deal closure.n
- Strategy - Architect and execute high-impact sales strategies to consistently achieve ambitious growth targets.n
- Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients.n
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.n
- Collaboration: Partner closely with delivery and leadership teams to align sales priorities with broader business goals.n
- Reporting: Maintain clear pipeline visibility, robust sales metrics,



and accurate performance dashboards.n

nQualification

- 1-3+ years of experience in Sales (B2B, consulting, outsourcing, KPO, or similar)n
- Demonstrated success in closing deals across both domestic and international marketsn
- Robust leadership capabilities, with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing sales teamsn
- A highly driven, target-oriented mindset, complemented by strong strategic and executional acumenn
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Exceln
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and business writingn
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and lean operating environmentn
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as requiredn
