Job Description: Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and workforce deployment.

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Manage and train factory workers, allocate tasks, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and address equipment issues promptly.

- Track raw material usage, inventory, and ensure timely availability for uninterrupted production.

- Prepare and maintain production reports, logs, and other documentation as required.

- Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

- Act as the point of contact between management and factory workers.
