Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead and expand our business in the

Delhi NCR region

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

safety lifeline systems, fall protection solutions, industrial safety products

, with a proven track record in B2B sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities
· Drive

regional sales growth

and achieve assigned revenue targets




· Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

for Delhi & surrounding markets.
· Identify new business opportunities in

infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
· Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners
· Lead, mentor, and manage the

regional sales team.
· Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations related to

lifeline & fall protection systems
· Coordinate with internal teams (projects, design, operations) for smooth execution
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Key Requirements

· Minimum

5+ years of experience

in industrial/safety product sales
· Strong exposure to

lifeline systems, fall arrest systems, PPE, or safety solutions
· Proven track record of achieving

sales targets in B2B environment
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
