nExp level: 15+ years overall and Must have 7+ years exp XCeptor development
nLocation : Mumbai work from office 2-3 days every week
nNotice period : Max 15 to 30 days

n1.Core Technical Skills
n- Deep expertise in Xceptor platform architecture, configuration, and development with overall experience 15+ years
n- Experience designing data pipelines, transformation workflows, and automation solutions
n- Knowledge of data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and system integrations (APIs, messaging)
n- Prior experience any reconciliation platforms like SmartStream TLM, Intellimatch, Gresham, Duco, Recon Frontier, Blackline

n2. Domain Knowledge
n- Strong understanding of capital markets and OTC derivatives
n- Experience with trade lifecycle, reconciliation processes, and exception management
n
n3. Leadership & Delivery




n- Proven experience leading large-scale migration or transformation programs
n- Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams
n- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

n- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

n- Define integration patterns between Xceptor and upstream/downstream systems
n- Ensure proper handling of data formats (CSV, XML, APIs, etc.)
n- Design data validation, enrichment, and exception handling frameworks
