We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to help us identify potential clients, run outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and book sales meetings for MarkWay Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across startups, SaaS, technology, AI, eSIM, B2B services, and other relevant sectors.
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, directories, databases, and other approved tools.
- Run outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move interested leads toward a scheduled sales call.
- Qualify prospects based on relevance, interest, decision-making authority,



and potential requirement for PR or marketing services.
- Book qualified sales meetings for the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach, responses, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Coordinate with the internal team before and after meetings to ensure proper handover.
- Test and improve outreach messages, subject lines, follow-up sequences, and prospecting approaches.

Performance ExpectationsThe primary performance metric for this role will be qualified attended sales meetings.
A qualified attended meeting means a meeting with a relevant business decision-maker or authorized representative who has shown interest in MarkWay Solutions’ services and attends the scheduled call.
The monthly target will be:
- 15–20 qualified attended meetings per month
