About the Role
ASK Infinity is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our in-house creative team in Varanasi and work across our two consumer brands, Petals and Divya Gandham.
This is a hands-on design role.
We are looking for someone who can independently understand a brief, develop the creative idea, establish the visual direction and execute the final work without requiring step-by-step supervision.
The role sits across brand design, social media, campaigns, performance creatives, packaging and digital communication.
You should be equally comfortable thinking and designing.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design social media content, statics and carousels
- Develop campaign concepts, key visuals and launch communication
- Create social-first ideas and visual storytelling formats
- Design performance marketing creatives for paid campaigns
- Create product-led, conversion-led and offer-led ad creatives




- Work on packaging design for current products, ranges and variants
- Develop website banners, landing-page visuals and digital assets
- Create moodboards, visual references and campaign directions
- Maintain and evolve the visual language of both brands
- Work across typography, layout, composition and image-making
- Handle image manipulation, retouching and compositing
- Develop headlines, hooks and basic creative copy where required
- Use AI tools for image generation, visual development and creative experimentation
- Create or supervise brand assets required for product launches and campaigns
- Review externally produced creative work for brand consistency
- Provide visual direction for photography, reels and external production when required
- Support basic product photography and content capture where relevant
- Maintain organised source files and separate brand-wise creative libraries
