Social Media Manager

Kupperman Companies is a national commercial real estate development and investment firm based in New Orleans, Louisiana, that specializes in acquiring, developing, and investing in commercial real estate assets, with a particular focus on hotels, multi-family, mixed-use, and retail assets.

We seek a Social Media Manager to run all social media and marketing across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is up to date on the latest social media trends, flourishes in an entrepreneurial, cooperative environment and possesses a high level of initiative and independence in performing the responsibilities of the role to drive results. You should be self-motivated & very organized with an ability to work independently & meet tight deadlines, as well as interact with clients and vendors in a professional manner.

Your Mission

You’ll be the company lead for all things social media. Your job is to strategize, oversee and execute the day-to-day social media presence across our portfolio of hotels, properties and businesses.



Your goal is to increase brand awareness through a strategic and comprehensive social media presence.

Job Duties:
- Strategy & Planning: Build cross-platform social media strategies aligned with company goals and manage editorial content calendars.
- Content Creation: Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms, and design visual assets.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages to foster customer loyalty and active conversations
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement and reach, using data to refine future campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on fast-moving algorithm changes, trending audio, and emerging platform features.
- Cross-functional / ad hoc: Serve as the flexible operational resource for the company, taking on cross-functional and ad hoc tasks across social media, marketing, and communications.
