nAt BIOTEK, our high-performing sales team is the engine that drives customer satisfaction. To achieve the same on a National level, we are on the lookout for a National Sales Manager. The main focus of the NSM would be to guide the all regional teams to establish, maintain & strengthen the relations with various doctors and distributors by:

- Strategize for the achievement of regional sales target through the zonal team by break down of annual targets to half yearly / quarterly / monthly.n




- Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by regional manager, area manager and their respective team.n
- Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.n
- Communicate product schemes and offers to the regional managers and ensures their implementation.n
- Achieve inventory planning and control in such a manner that the stock are sufficient for immediate order fulfilment as well ensuring that the do not get technologically redundant or non-competitive in the market.n
- Coordinating with marketing team for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal leveln
- Suggesting appropriate measures to reduce the cost in promotional activity expense, as and when possiblen
- Increase morale in his team during meeting and in batch wise sessions and maintain discipline and decorum in his teamn
