About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities • Develop sales strategies for HORECA.
• Acquire new hotel, restaurant, café, caterer and institutional clients. • Build long-term client relationships. • Conduct presentations and meetings. • Recommend suitable product solutions. • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals. • Achieve sales targets. • Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer satisfaction. • Maintain CRM and sales reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HORECA segment. Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality products, kitchen equipment, packaging, or hygiene products is preferred. Skills Robust B2B sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, CRM, MS Office, relationship management, willingness to travel.
