I . JOB PROFILE: Sales and Marketing(Chemical products)

Responsibilities

• Ordering and managing inventory which comply with international trade laws, regulations, and custom requirements

• Manage the acquisition of goods and services necessary for a company’s operations

• Perform Cargo Planning, Maintain close communication and co-ordination with clients / overseas agents/ carriers/ warehouse etc.

• Managing relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and reliability

• Handling inquiries and requests from regulatory authorities related to import shipments

• Assisting in the preparation of import-related reports and presentations

• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the importation process





• Communicating with internal departments to provide updates on import activities and resolve any discrepancies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Valuable command of English with excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently with good efficiency.
