We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew in Kishanganj, Bihar. In this role, you will ensure a safe and pleasant journey for our passengers, providing excellent customer service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Passenger Safety: You will be trained in safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all passengers during flights.

2. Customer Service: You are expected to warmly welcome passengers, assist them with their needs, and address any inquiries to enhance their travel experience.

3. In-flight Service: Prepare and serve meals, beverages, and other amenities while maintaining a friendly atmosphere on board.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members and pilots to maintain effective communication and ensure smooth flight operations.

5. Conflict Resolution:



Handle any issues or conflicts that arise with passengers in a calm and professional manner to maintain a positive environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. You should have completed at least the 10th grade and be ready to work full-time from our office location. Previous experience is not required, as training will be provided.
