We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team in Cuttack , Bhubaneswar and other cities of Odisha. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, helping us find the best candidates for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify Hiring Needs: Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop a recruitment plan.

2. Job Posting and Sourcing: Create engaging job advertisements and use multiple platforms to attract potential candidates, including job boards and social media.

3. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the company culture.

4. Onboarding Process: Coordinate with recent hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company, providing them with necessary information and resources.

5. Maintain Recruitment Records: Keep accurate records of the recruitment process, including candidate information and interview results, for future reference and reporting.
