Key Responsibilities:

- **Greeting Visitors:** Welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.

- **Managing Communication:** Receive and handle all incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments while maintaining exceptional communication skills.

- **Scheduling Appointments:** Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings for staff, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

- **Administrative Support:** Perform various administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
