Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding .

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment

channels.

 Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

 Coordinate interviews with reporting managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.

 Negotiate salary offers and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.

 Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures.
