We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience, and a degree in or , and should be male, as per company policy. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills. The Accountant will primarily work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly. This includes tracking income, expenses, and other financial activities.

- Prepare Financial Statements: Generate timely financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements to provide a transparent view of the company's financial status.

- Assist in Budgeting: Help in preparing budgets by analyzing past financial performance and projecting future financial trends. This ensures that resources are allocated efficiently.

- Support in Audits: Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations about financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

- Reconcile Accounts:



Regularly verify and reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies promptly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential for managing financial data effectively. Good communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and providing financial insights.
