Founder’s Office - CEO/Founder

About the Role

This is not a conventional role.

You will work directly with the Founder/CEO across strategy, business operations,

programme management, partnerships, and high-priority organisational initiatives.

We are looking for someone with exceptionally high energy, rapid learning ability,

strong collaboration skills, and extreme ownership - someone who can take an

ambiguous problem, figure it out, and get it done.

Key Responsibilities

 Work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic and high-priority business

initiatives.

 Drive cross-functional projects and ensure priorities, timelines, and outcomes are

delivered.

 Manage Programme Office activities including student placements, recruiter

coordination, and stakeholder management.

 Conduct research, analyse information, and support new business initiatives,

partnerships, and growth opportunities.

 Identify bottlenecks, solve execution gaps, and ensure timely follow-ups across

teams.

 Take ownership of projects beyond your defined role whenever the business

requires it.
