Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager who can strengthen our

brand positioning while driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital

channels.

The ideal candidate should combine brand strategy, creative thinking, performance marketing,

analytics, and strong execution. This role requires someone who can independently plan campaigns,

manage advertising platforms, coordinate creative production, analyze results, and take complete

ownership of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen the brand’s positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and customer value

proposition.

Create integrated marketing plans for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and

business priorities.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

Google Ads

Meta Ads

Pinterest Ads

TikTok Ads

Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads

Reddit Ads

Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audience segmentation, remarketing, and

performance optimization.

Improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, and marketing

attributed revenue.

Develop campaign concepts, advertising hooks, offers, copy, creative briefs, and content

direction.

Plan and execute structured testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing

pages.

Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, agencies, and other external

partners.

Ensure consistent brand communication across the website, social media, email, marketplaces,

and B2B channels.

Analyze customer behavior, competitors, market trends, and campaign data to identify growth

opportunities.

Work with the website and e-commerce teams to improve product pages, landing pages,

customer journeys,



and conversion rates.

Support SEO, email marketing, customer segmentation, remarketing, and retention initiatives.

Maintain a structured marketing calendar covering campaigns, launches, promotions, content,

and testing.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, recommended actions, and measurable

outcomes.

Take complete ownership of projects, timelines, coordination, follow-ups, and final delivery.

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of total experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, growth marketing,

or performance marketing.

Strong hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta,

Pinterest, TikTok, Bing, and Reddit.

Proven experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable improvements in

revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPA, or conversions.

Solid understanding of brand positioning, customer segmentation, messaging, and creative

strategy.

Experience developing campaigns and coordinating with designers, agencies, and content

teams.

Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, campaign tracking, attribution, and marketing

dashboards.

Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and e-commerce

customer journeys.

Strong analytical, communication, project-management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete projects without

constant supervision.

Strong ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and commercial understanding.
